Caregivers: A group that meets once a month to receive updates on members/friends that are 70 or older. Everyone on the list is prayed for each month. The group is also notified when someone is confronted with an emergency and seeks prayers from the church.
Grace Notes: Writers send cards and handwritten notes to our members and friends each week. These range from “congratulation on your new baby” to “we are so pleased that you affirmed your faith before our congregation” to “we gave thanks for the life and gifts of your loved one and pray that you will find consolation in God’s love and mercy” as well as birthday and Christmas cards. We cherish the support we get from our faithful writers and from donations of cards, notes, and stamps. We pray for each note and its recipient before it is sent. We enjoy sharing the Good News of God’s Love, Grace, and Mercy with others.
Grace Gifts: A meal consisting of a frozen casserole, salad, and cookie is shared with individuals and families in difficult situations. The meal, along with a prayer message is delivered in a creatively decorated bag from our young church members.
