The property team meets the 1st Wednesday of each month at 6:30pm

 The Ministry Team on Property shall enhance the buildings and property resources of the congregation so that 

the mission of the congregation can grow.

a) The Ministry Team is responsible for maintaining and repairing the building and grounds, keeping a 

general property inventory, and overseeing policy for building use. 

b) The Ministry Team not only works with current building issues, but also plans for future large-scale 

maintenance or upgrades for ministry. 

c) The Custodian relates to this Ministry Team and may be an ex officio member.
